Tourist information and promotion center project

The project is co-financed by the European Union through ROP 2007-2013, Priority Axis 5 – Sustainable development and tourism promotion, Major Area of ​​Intervention 5.3 “Promoting the tourist potential and creating the necessary infrastructure, in order to increase Romania’s attractiveness as a tourist destination”, Operation – Creation of Centers National Tourist Information and Promotion and their endowment.

Project budget:

  1. Estimated total value of the project:             473,341,21 lei
  2. Total eligible value of the project                 374.367,84 lei
  3. Non-refundable amount from the FEDR                      338.316,22 lei
  4. Non-refundable amount from the national budget  28.564,26 lei
  5. Eligible co-financing of the beneficiary                     7.487,36 lei

The aim of the project is to build and equip a tourist information and promotion center with an area of ​​60 square meters. The project implementation period is 6 months.

Beneficiaries of the project / target group:

Tour operators operating in the tourism sector, interested in promoting and informing tourists, in order to increase the number of tourists, their days of stay, in order to create a frequency of visits.
The administrative-territorial unit of Câmpulung Moldovenesc Municipality, by increasing the experience and investments in the local environment, laying the foundations of the infrastructure for tourism development and supporting all operators in the tourism field.
The project team, which will be developed by increasing the experience of the people, from the contracted and responsible team from the Municipality of Câmpulung Moldovenesc.
Temporary and operating employees, to be developed both in terms of experience and financially, increasing employment.
The investment opportunity results from providing benefits to the target audience, and the need to identify the needs at the level of stakeholders and the deficit of information and tourism promotion in the Câmpulung Moldovenesc area. By setting up the CNIPT, the deficit of tourist information and promotion is solved at the level of the Câmpulung Moldovenesc area, being brought significant benefits.
